Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing) with technical and Department staff. A minimum of 2 years of programming/systems analysis experience (UX Design, PowerShell, HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) Experience working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Experience aligning technical solutions with business and IT strategies and complying with the organizations architectural standards. Experience in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting applications software that is delivered on time and within budget.
