Any potential candidate MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in: Modifying OR building new feeds via XML (to help with any backlogs) Need experience in delivering XML exports in Dayforce. Scope includes HR exports, Benefits, Cobra and Contributions files Need consultants who can walk in right away and deliver a feed preferably all types benefits, cobra, HR and payroll (as many as possible). Qualifications: b_" Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. b_" 5+ years of experience in human capital management application consulting. b_" Experience in business process mapping. b_" Experience in change management as an asset. b_" Technical skills requirements: b_" Ability to read and understand a technical specification from a vendor. b_" Ability to analyze vendor feedback and determine root cause and next steps. b_" Sterling knowledge an asset. b_" Proficient in Microsoft Office products. b_" Experience with software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment including experience with HRIS Systems. b_" Ability to effectively implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution. b_" Understanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practices. b_" Understanding of different industries and how Ceridian implementation best practices apply to the customer business practices. b_" Product certification in at least one Ceridian HCM module (Payroll, Benefits, WFM). b_" XML/XSLT knowledge.
