Must have .NET C#, SQL Coding, AngularJS & Angular 7, Azure Devops for Task Management & GIT Source Control Client- CASS SYSTEM The Sr. Application Developer creates and implements application changes and is expected to stay abreast of the available technology regarding application development, information delivery, and relational database technology. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 1. Designs, develops, and implements end-to-end integrated systems. 2. Develops and executes test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical performance, reports on findings, and makes recommendations for improvement. 3. Maintains in-depth knowledge of departments strategic business plans. 4. Develops in-depth knowledge of companys existing IT architecture/infrastructure and technology portfolio. 5. Conducts research on emerging technologies in support of infrastructure development efforts and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and infrastructure flexibility. 6. Other duties as assigned or required. SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 1. Advanced understanding of information processing principles and practices. 2. Intermediate technical knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems, including current Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop releases. 3. Expert knowledge of programming languages, including VB6, C++, C#, and ASP. 4. Basic knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. 5. Advanced analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. 6. Advanced understanding of the organizations goals and objectives. 7. Intermediate written and oral communication skills. 8. Advanced interpersonal and consultative skills. 9. Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. 10. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. MINIMUM LEVEL OF PREPARATION AND TRAINING NORMALLY REQUIRED: 1. A bachelors degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or computer engineering or equivalent experience. 2. 5+ years of experience working as a developer. 3. 5+ years of experience with business requirements gathering/analysis. 4. 3+ years of hands on experience with application development tools, including Visual Studio 6 and Visual Studio .NET. 5. 3+ years of hands on experience with relational database technology, preferably Microsoft SQL Server. 6. 3+ years of experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment preferred. 7.
