Roles and Responsibilities: Understanding on RFPs & Bids. Enabling efficient sourcing and partnerships for the Bids. Timely submission of inputs for Bids, basis business needs. Sourcing and Procurement of Maintenance, Hand & Feet Support (Survey, Staging & Installation), Software/Licenses for customer delivery. Effective negotiations for enabling competitive costs. Speed of execution of Procurement process. Gathering requirements for scope of work work with suppliers to obtain custom quotes within required timeframes and Analysis. Project manages vendor's development process and schedule. Performs standard project management and pert chart analysis of vendor progress. Conducts technical evaluation and analysis of the input processes and data itself to independently assess the likelihood of vendors on time Assessing, evaluating risks and control environments of the Vendors inline to established standards, policies, and procedures Collaborating with the Business Groups and Risk Stakeholders during the onboarding and offboarding of vendors Highlight the risks to Business as an outcome of the Vendor Technology Review Contract Management- Contracting with Partners covering all critical Terms and conditions in line with Customer Contract / PO T&Cs. Timely contracting. Vendor Management- Engagement with Vendors/OEMs Partner relationship management to ensure Bid Cost efficiency to enabling winning of deals. The role requires coordination with Global teams including Suppliers, Vendor Managers, LCMs and Project Managers Demonstrate (Key competencies) Identification and realization of cost-saving and cost-reduction opportunities Skills: Solid operational management and general business skills and savvy Excellent communication skills and even better listening skills to get the voice of the internal customer and to understand the company culture Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills Keywords: purchase order Texas |
