Role 1 Title SAP ME Consultant Location 100% Remote EST or PST Duration 9+ Months Roles & Responsibilities Provide expertise on SAP ME Provide Level 2 SAP ME Support Analyze and identify root cause of SAP ME defects (configuration, data) Test SAP ME solution with client Log incidents and handle messages with SAP maintenance / support Support the SAP ME developers during realization and testing. Level 2 + 1 (Senior) Provide knowledge of manufacturing processes, nomenclature, and tools for discrete industries Design and support decisions on: SAP Manufacturing Execution and integration Define and update SAP ME configuration Functionally test SAP ME solution with client Update documentation of SAP ME configurations / solution when required. Level 3 (Lead) Provide knowledge of manufacturing processes, nomenclature, and tools for discrete industries Provide knowledge of solution capabilities and gap analysis of requirements Troubleshoot connectivity/ integration issues Configure SAP ME API actions in transactions if applicable Log incidents and handle messages with SAP maintenance / support Correct coding and configuration defects found in testing Document functionalities built / updated Deliverables Level 2 issue response & resolution. Updated SAP ME documentation. Updated SAP ME configuration. For Level 3 Updated SAP ME code Developed / configured issue resolutions.
