Must be able to adapt to change quickly There is an administrative part to the role, JIRA tracking and Data input maintenance they should be okay with this (someone too senior might not be interested in this) Role will also have Business Analyst duties, reporting and dashboard maintenance No direct reports Possible extensions or conversions to perm Loans Transformation Project Manager- Job Description The team is a critical component of the companys First Line of Defense for wholesale lending and counterparty credit risk. It partners with businesses companywide to ensure we have best-in-class risk and control capabilities. It also plays an important role in the clients Transformation efforts by helping to drive a companywide focus on wholesale credit risk management. Through ongoing investment in processes, controls, systems, and governance, and continues to further embed consistency and best practices across the company, driving closer alignment between our business and regulatory goals. The Lending Transformation Program (LTP) is a key initiative within the team. The goal is to transform the end-to-end wholesale lending process which will consolidate all remediation efforts for loan product processing and establish a consistent target operating model with a focus on improved processes, controls, and enhanced technology to achieve best-in-class processing capabilities to support our client franchise. The team is looking for a highly energized, dynamic project manager with knowledge of wholesale lending (preferred). They should be ready to join a fast paced, world leader in the financial services industry. Loans Transformation Project Manager Responsibilities Leads planning and coordination of day-to-day Program and project workstream(s) activities Coordination of stakeholders to develop functional strategy, project activities and identify dependencies Directs the identification and escalation of risks and issues impacting workstream delivery and ensures mitigation strategies are developed and executed that address key risks and issues. Works with program lead to ensure project prioritization and plan is in line with objectives and business needs Leads meetings including governance, workshops and working groups Drives adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery Directs communication of program status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders and governance forums Manages multiple cross functional teams to achieve project goals Prepare material for Senior committee meetings and Regulatory bodies Applies comprehensive understanding of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve cross functional issues. Ensures creation and signoff of program plan and charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central program issue log. Collaborate with challenge functions in Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit. Ensure transformation outcomes adhere to enterprise control policies, standards, and procedures Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the client, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
