Functionality, reliability, and user experience are key to successful software development and that means rigorous testing. Thats why we need you, a software test engineer who can learn how to thoroughly test software and work with developers to make sure our team releases the best software possible. As a test engineer on our team, youll assist developers with evaluating software developed for veterans' affairs. Youll help build a test plan with test cases based on user stories. Using primarily automated with some manual processes, youll help generate data and execute the test cases to see how the software performs, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team so they can start improving the tool. Qualifications: Experience with automated testing Experience developing test scripts, test cases and test plans that are in alignment with Business-Driven Development/Test Driven Development (BDD/TDD) Experience developing an automated test framework from scratch Experience with Playwright, Cucumber, Postman, Selenium Experience with integration and API testing Experience with test methodologies, QA process, and the software release cycle Knowledge of containerization to include Kubernetes, Sonobouy, and ArgoCD Knowledge of release procedures and software defect tracking Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts Ability to apply appropriate test methodologies including writing test plans and test cases Experience in an Agile working environment Ability to obtain VA Medium-Background Investigation clearance Jyoti Tyagi IT Technical Recruiter TEK Inspirations LLC - 13573 Tabasco Cat Tr.
