This architect will work on analyzing the reporting data from the ACCESS databases, understanding Lineage and helping them design how best migration strategy/process. This architect will work with the App head to understand that .. other work he/she will do is look at how these DBs are being used for reporting and suggest how to utilize Power BI (preferred) instead.
