| From: Subodh Kumar, TEK INSPIRATIONS LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description Job Title: Security Services Scrum Master Worksite: 100% Remote for rockstar (Hybrid, Chicago IL always preferred) Must have experience with Capital Market Meet with all Security Services groups and review their current Agile state/practices, and applicable Confluence pages. Provide guidance and recommendations to Security management on how to update Jira board structure, processes, and documentation across the department (for both ad-hoc and planned work). Implement agreed upon recommendations/changes including but not limited to Facilitating Agile events to clean up and help teams to maintain Jira projects and manage backlog items. Organizing team Jira projects and documentation guidelines/requirements as needed. Working with teams to develop/create issue types within Jira project. Deliverables: Refined Jira Projects and applicable Confluence pages for all Security Services teams Documentation outlining a standardized Jira methodology, processes, workflows, etc. Assist/document agile roles/responsibilities for all Security Services teams. Reinforced Agile concepts/fundamentals with all Security Services teams. Develop various reporting avenues (e.g., Jira and/or Tableau Dashboards, Confluence tables, etc.) to support metrics, tracking and reporting activities Meet with management to document and prioritize needs. Execute/create reporting (e.g., to provide better visualization into work) Deliverables: Updated reporting on Jira story progress (e.g., dashboards, tracking, etc.) Consolidated view/visualization of all Security Services team Agile related work. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Proficient in Agile/Scrum Methodologies Knowledge of Confluence page creation, dashboards, creating various content including JIRA tables, timelines, etc. Proficient in Jira (creating stories/epics, grooming, labeling, story points, sprint reviews, board management, etc.) Scrum Master Certification(s) Cybersecurity knowledge Project management Certification Tableau knowledge Keywords: active directory Illinois |
