Role: Middleware Engineer Work Location & Reporting Address: Boston, MA 02210 (Initially Remote) Contract duration (in months): 6-12 Implementation: Infosys Job Details: Must Have Skills: Design, develop, and implement middleware solutions based on client requirements. Integrate various middleware technologies, such as API gateways, message queues, and integration platforms. Configure and manage middleware platforms, including performance monitoring and optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve middleware-related issues and ensure high availability. Collaborate with developers, architects, and IT teams to deliver successful integrations. Stay up-to-date with the latest middleware technologies and trends. Document processes and procedures for future reference. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Middleware Engineer or related role. Proven experience working with various middleware technologies like API gateways, message queues, integration platforms, and enterprise service buses (ESBs). Strong understanding of distributed systems, messaging protocols, and data formats. Experience with scripting languages like Python, Ruby, or Bash. Knowledge of security best practices and security considerations within middleware environments. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
