Job Role: Sr. Quality Analyst Work Location: Remote Duration: Contract Visa: USC, GC, EAD only Note: Need 5-digit SSN with LinkedIn also candidate must have excellent communication skills. Description: Project Summary: Audit new solution(s) related to the PRIME consolidation effort, including solutions related to rating & renewal, plan availability, & zip code management, in order to identify quality issues before releasing the solution(s) to the customer Team the candidate will be working with: 3 FT Quality Analyst who perform quality analysis as part of a broader enablement team (Development and BA skillsets, that are embedded in a business unit) Primary Responsibilities: Understand SDLC, ATDD, manual and automated QA processes in Agile environment Collaborate as part of the Agile team in grooming user stories and development of acceptance criteria Ensure functional and non-functional acceptance criteria aligns to the business value statement Perform testing of web applications (backend and frontend) and web services Design and execute functional and regression test cases/test scenarios, test plans and test strategy Debug and track resolution of issues Provide accurate and timely estimates for assigned tasks Understand test automation frameworks and their implementation Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in an IT field or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience writing, executing and maintaining test suites for UI, API and backend testing 5+ years of experience working with relational databases (SQL Server) 3+ years test automation experience in Selenium and other test automation tools Experience working in an Agile environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to meet the needs of the audience Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare Industry experience strongly preferred Detail oriented with the ability to work with others during time constraints to meet deadlines Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly and solve problems What are the work hours (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) Working Hours Monday through Friday, 9am- 5pm CT core hours, with a 9:30am CT daily huddle call (required) What does the interview process look like How many rounds Typically 1-2 Video vs. phone Video is preferred How technical will the interviews be There will be some technical questions asked on the call to confirm understanding of core concepts and experience.
