| From: Shaheen Rukhsar, SUS Infotech [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, Role: Business Analyst Location: Princeton, NJ (hybrid onsite 3-4 days per week from the start) Duration: 3 month contract to start but will turn into Long-Term... 1+ years contract Business Analyst with Pharmaceutical industry and working with Global teams experience - hybrid onsite in Princeton NJ from the start The Business Analyst tasks include: Engage and partner with cross functional business teams to gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, break down business requirements to functional and testable requirements, partner with internal and external development teams to execute the projects, lead UAT and provide operational support to current production systems Business Analysis: Analyze current process state documentation, Lead the requirement gathering effort, analyze future business process needs, including decomposing abstract and complex details/concepts into business and functional requirements; develop business cases; evaluate and qualify opportunities. and defines measurable business outcomes. Identify opportunities for business process and technology improvements. Juggle multiple workstreams and reporting. Required experience includes: 10 years overall IT experience with 5 + years in Business Analysis with some of that experience being in implementing technology projects within Pharma industry Must have excellent people and communication skills; self-motivated with ownership mentality Must have proven experience with gathering business/functional requirements (Level 4 details). Working with Pharmaceutical and basic GxP validation skills. Experience working with globally distributed business and IT teams, especially in Japan, Europe, and India Performs requirements analysis, writes clear and well-structured business requirements/documents, and drawing out end-to-end business flows. Creation of user stories/journeys and creating user/process interaction maps or diagrams. Experience working in custom application development projects (e.g., web applications or other PaaS-based projects).
