This role consists of up to 25% travel. This person oversees the development and implementation of fully integrated solutions for a client organization. This job requires external client facing skills as they will meet with clients to assess business needs, evaluate existing systems, document system requirements, and determine appropriate integrated solutions. They will prepare specifications for use in the development process, coordinate and review the work of developers or programmers, and tests and approves deliverables prior to deployment to customer sites. This person will prepare and communicates project plans, tracks project progress, controls project scope, and facilitates change orders in response to out of scope needs. May provide ongoing training and support to client organizations. You must be able to perform work under minimal supervision. You must handle complex issues and problems, and refer only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. You should provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. Requires BA and 5-7 years minimum experience.
