SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 1. Advanced understanding of information processing principles and practices. 2. Intermediate technical knowledge of network, PC, and platform operating systems, including current Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop releases. 3. Expert knowledge of programming languages, including VB6, C++, C#, and ASP. 4. Basic knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws. 5. Advanced analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. 6. Advanced understanding of the organizations goals and objectives. 7. Intermediate written and oral communication skills. 8.
