Team manager notes are below: This resource can be fully remote. The focus of this role will be supporting daily updates and content changes to Mastercards Employee HR portal. This role will be focused on CMS work. Mastercard used dot net nuke (DNN) so knowledge of that specific CMS will be given a preference. Needs to have HTML and Photoshop experience, but focus will not be on design and development, but on content management. Needs someone who can ramp up quickly. This person will be freeing up time for 2 other employees, taking on the CMS work so they can focus on design work. Resources must be able to work 8-5 (CST) hours. Overview Responsible for evaluating content change submissions, implementing new content, and maintaining existing content on Mastercards HR Portal. Responsibilities Ensures submitted and existing content adheres to HR Portal Governance Liaises with Content Providers (and other individuals as needed) to make sure content changes are being fulfilled properly and on time Applies technical capabilities within own discipline to implement HR Portal changes according to style guidelines and mobile-readiness Follows expectations for project management and communication of project status to team Experiences Demonstrable intermediate HTML & CSS skills Strong experience with content management systems (CMS), with a preference given to DotNetNuke (DNN) UX/UI experience Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat Professional Excellent attention to detail, including English grammar, document comparison, and proofreading skills Importanat Note Duration Is there an opportunity for conversion or extension No, this is currently set and budgeted for ~6 months through a team transition What is the name of your group and what is your teams main responsibility P&C Technology Services, the team overall has responsibility for development, maintenance, and support of P&C Systems such as Workday and People Place What program will this person be supporting Will this person be a part of a Guild If so, which one and how will they be contributing P and C Technology Services, they will not need to be part of a Guild What is the culture of your team Fast paced operational support team.
