The system performs various functions, including contribution reporting, member information maintenance, benefit processing, tax reporting, and data extraction for actuarial purposes. The database administrators will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting ADABAS environments, as well as controlling database design and implementation. Mandatory Qualifications: At least ten (10) years of experience in ADABAS Database Administration support of mainframe (Z/OS) and server (Windows 2012) ADABAS environments. At least ten (10) years of knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques required in administration of ADABAS databases within the Z/OS and Windows environments. At least ten (10) of experience and a thorough knowledge to support Natural, Predict, Construct, Entire-X and Fastpath, Entire Net-Work, Natural Engineer and Natural Review. At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience administrating an ADABAS Database environment with a pension or financial system. At least ten (10) years of hands-on experience following a structured System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience with interfacing/bridging of multiple systems including Natural/ADABAS. Experience with and knowledge of Job Control Language (JCL). Experience with ADABAS Structure Query Language (SQL) Gateway, zIIP. Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision. Ability to adapt to a variety of assignments. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Possession of well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Warm Regards..
