Job Title   : Facets Configuration Analyst

Location   : Remote (Candidate need to work
in CST timings)

Duration   : 6-12+ Months  

Job Description:

Utilizing functional/technical knowledge of relevant
systems/applications such as Facets, the incumbent defines acceptance
scenarios, evaluates, and validates requirements, business functional design,
and technical design, FACETS workflow design, Quality assurance for highly
complex and varied business issues within their domain areas with broader
enterprise impacts.

Your role will function as act as a liaison representing
the department and the processes and workings within it to ensure the
development and implementation of comprehensive, efficient technical solutions
while minimizing operational and system/application impacts. Proactively
consults with the business, IT, Testing and/or relevant vendors and focuses on
system/application (like eBS/Benefits1 tool) considerations needed for larger,
more complex problems, broad or corporate projects or for overall
system/application assessments.

You will be focused on optimizing the functionalities of
Facets application used in Healthcare Industry. You would also be working on
Business process Improvement as it relates to the client needs for various
projects.

Working experience of managing and implementing CRM/ERP
applications /Migrations would be in an added advantage.

Responsibilities

            
Provide business and technical knowledge to support proactive technical
solutioning for complex and multifaceted business issues, while considering
broader impacts of technical decisions.

            
Independently facilitate discussions with business areas to review, analyze,
and develop solutions for critical business systems/applications.

            
Data mapping, validation and reporting using SQL and Excel.

            
Generating concise User Stories for Sprint Planning, Review and updating of
product backlog and sprint backlog with help of Product owner.

            
Experience of working with Qualified Health Plans, and Various segments, Group
level Product and benefit plans.

            
Coordinate ongoing user support including complex ad hoc questions, inquiries,
and service requests.

            
Identify and quantify the business impact of identified solutions and make
appropriate recommendations to the business area supported.

            
Identify high level business requirements and help in validation of requirement
as per Job need.

            
Coordinates and/or conducts more advanced data and trend analysis and
proactively consults with and provides feedback to business areas and IT in
order to enhance system/application performance.

            
Manage changes via the Change Control Board and analyses the scope per delivery
requirements.

            
Understanding of Business requirement components such as Process Flow, Business
Rules, Data element, Traceability matrix.

Issue Resolution

            
Facilitate the resolution of larger, highly complex production
system/application problems by:

            
Performing initial triage for severity and business impact of
system/application failures.

            
Coordinating with IT, other teams and vendors as needed to devise, test and
implement immediate and long term remedies.

            
Responsible for the development of system support processes with IT; coordinate
daily to resolve production support issues, including application failures and
user errors; document, track and report all system support activities.

Qualifications, Minimum qualifications

            
Undergraduate degree with 5 years of direct application/systems analysis
experience with applicable business system or application, if no degree, 7
years experience as stated above.

            
5 years + Experience in Healthcare Industry (claims, membership, enrollment,
Customer Service etc.)

            
Good understanding for FACETS application (front end and back end)

            
Hands-on experience with the Configuration of Workflows in FACETS (claims &
customer service)

            
Ability to explain at a business level as well as technical level what the
different Workflow applications are & how they are used

            
Knowledge of Facets Workflow Tables & Fields including Data Models

            
Experience with querying Facets data via SQL or other backend tool required

            
Project Management Skills

            
Very good communication and facilitation skills to communicate with multiple
stakeholders and leadership

Preferred Skills

            
Demonstrated facilitation skills that include workgroup leadership and/or
problem resolution across multiple groups.

            
Strong facilitation skills that include workgroup leadership and/or problem
resolution across multiple groups.

            
Project management skills.

            
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

            
Excellent presentation skills.

            
Focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

            
Solid PC skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

            
MS Project

            
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to interpret
and present quantitative data.

            
Ability to prioritize and successfully coordinate work of others.
