Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation for application teams. Understands the view of applications and/or technology and is able to put procedures in a logical sequence. Junior 12 - 36 months Qualification Number Requested Qualifications: 1. 24 months of experience in software quality assurance, performing both automated and manual testing to ensure alignment with user requirements. 2. 18 months of experience in developing and maintaining user friendly documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and project process documents. 3. 12 months of experience in software quality assurance, collaborating with development teams. 4. 24 months of experience in software quality assurance, designing leading usability studies for technology platforms. 5. 24 months of experience in software quality assurance, working with internal/external technical teams to track and resolve identified defects.
