Job Title: IBM Integration developer (IBM MQ) Location: Hybrid (Remote with frequent visit to Grapevine TX (Dallas) office) Project Type: Contact: Long Term Contract Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage MQ middleware Drive SAP MDG solution design activities - Material Master, Finance Master Data Objects, Customer, Vendor, etc. Support the MQ middleware on the ECC side while Kubota transition to CPI with S4 rollout Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, execute testing (UT, SIT), support testing (UAT), review test result and support defects resolution. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements. Understand the technology landscape and how it affects the clients area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries and the value propositions for clients to rotate to the new Collaboration with operational teams, data owners, and partners help to ensure the understanding and alignment of E2E integration processes Drive the implementation of process improvements through the introduction of appropriate changes. Actively works with the cross-divisional teams to reduce master data defects and develop processes that reduce non-value-added work. Translates detailed business requirements to IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. Professional Skill Requirements: Key Technical Skills: IBM Integration Bus 9.0 Administration, Monitoring, and Development IBM Message Queue Administration. Monitoring, and Development IBM DB2 to IBM MQ Integration Experience: 10+ years as an integration developer. Experience with upgrading IBM Integration Bus and IBM Message Queue Experience with IBM Integration Bus Load Balancing Experience with IBM MQ Load Balancing Lead discussions with business and work and guide development team in customizations Must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed, and be capable of working with minimal supervision. Good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers. Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment. Hybrid work model - Local to Dallas and able to come to office frequently Ability to co-ordinate and interact with multiple teams. Share knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the respective process area Provide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management for assigned project, support, and enhancement work.
