| Job Title: QA Manual Testing 12+ Needed Visa: No OPT CPT Location: Alpharetta GA (Hybrid F2F ) ( Locals only) Job Type: Long term Contract Job Description: 12+ years relevant client experience in similar technology (does not include training period), Including at least 5 years of on-site client experience in similar technology and domain - Min Education - bachelors degree in technology. 1. Advanced Testing Skills: Proficient in various testing types, such as functional, regression, integration, smoke, and performance testing. Ability to design, develop, and execute test cases and test plans. 2. Tool Proficiency: Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP/UFT, Cucumber). Familiar with defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo). Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN). 3. Programming Languages: Basic to intermediate programming skills in languages commonly used in testing such as Java, Python, Ruby, or JavaScript. Ability to write, analyze, and debug code related to automated test scripts. 4. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze the root cause of defects, and provide effective solutions. Skilled at analyzing requirement documents and identifying test scenarios. 5. Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC): Deep understanding of various SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Kanban. 6. Quality Metrics and Reporting: Ability to track and report on key quality assurance metrics. Skilled at generating detailed reports for stakeholders that provide insight into the testing process and product quality. 7. Risk Management: Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with software product quality. 8. Communication and Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Able to clearly document defects, prepare test reports, and communicate test progress.
