Position: 1 Position Title: Support Engineer Location: Plano, TX (Day 1 Onsite) Note: Automotive or Telematics experience is mandatory. Responsibilities: Analyze functional and technical specifications/Figma/swagger/acceptance criteria, Sequence diagrams and other related requirement documents. Create / update API, Functional, Integration and End to End test cases. Participate in Scrum ceremonies and follow agile Scrum processes. API, Functional, Integration and end-to-end testing Support STG/PROD releases and deployments Initial analysis and triage of defects using application logs (ex. Datadog logs / Charles, etc.) Communicate with developers, architects and product owners seamlessly for testing scope. Work with Automation testing teams to share use cases, test scenarios and test data and support building robust automated regression sets. Work with Performance testing teams to share test data and help triage API issues during Load testing. Qualifications: SDET with experience in testing Rest APIs, Microservices and all protocols including gRPC. Working experience on gRPC UI, Mobile Apps, Infotainment features (Ex. BLE), Identity Management (Tokens / Authentication). Knowledge of CICD process and tools to support Test Automation. Knowledge in API Automation with BDD framework. Knowledge and experience using Postman (Manual and Automation). Knowledge in the Automotive domain and Experience in testing Automotive features using test benches and In-vehicle testing. Knowledge and experience using Basic Linux Commands. Ability to create simple utilities to support QA Validations. Knowledge and experience using DBMS tools and SQL (ex. MongodB). Knowledge and experience using agile management and test management tools (ex. JIRA and Zephyr). Knowledge and experience using CAN tools and flashing software. Position: 2 Position Title: Data Analytics Location: Plano, TX (100% onsite) Note: Zephyr/Aws Deequ(AWS is must) . Skilled in all data testing phases, including automation, with expertise in Java and Selenium automation. Familiarity with additional tools and technologies is highly desirable. Create, execute, and maintain tests/cycles/plans across DB/API/Authorization for integrations, end-to-end, regression, functional, smoke, and other test types. Develop and maintain automation tools, data, infrastructure, and frameworks to support testing efforts. Collaborate closely with product stakeholders and developers to ensure comprehensive test case coverage for all requirements. Define and drive quality assurance best practices within the QA team. Leverage experience working with automotive data sets (preferred). Apply SDET skill sets, including reviewing and contributing to integration tests. Utilize expertise in creating and querying data using relational and NoSQL databases. **What you bring: ** Experience with integrating automated tests and reporting in a CI/CD pipeline. Proficiency with AWS services such as Code Deploy, S3, Elastic Search, Athena, Lambdas, CloudWatch, EC2, boto, and AWS CLI. Extensive experience creating and maintaining automated tests using Python 3.x and Pytest, employing appropriate test framework design patterns (decorators, markers, fixtures, data classes/structures, reporting, code coverage analysis). Experience testing backend systems via RESTful APIs. Develop and maintain automated and manual tests using Selenium, Python 3, and Zephyr. Promote a culture of continuous testing within the team. Experience testing data platforms using Selenium/POM frameworks, preferably with applications using Pyramid, React, Redux. Strong collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams, product stakeholders, and developers. Familiarity with specific databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc., for creating and querying data. Awareness of industry compliance standards or regulations related to data analytics. Demonstrate desirable soft skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and adaptability. Position: 3 Position Title: Triage Embedded Engineer Location: Plano, TX Note: Automotive Domain experience is mandatory. As an IAT engineer, you will be responsible for initial analysis and triage of defects before they are assigned to individual development teams for root cause and fix. You will perform high level defect analysis to filter out environmental/ setup issues, IVI vs server-side issues and move the defects to correct queue (HU, Server, Tier1, Tier2 etc.) at the earliest. You will continuously monitor the defective dashboard, drive defect triage calls and work closely with PO, Eval & Development team members to clarify defects and track them to closure. Create dashboards and reports for management and other stakeholders. Have great problem-solving skills, analytical, tools & development experience, and ability to evaluate and identify issues at a code level. Able to summarize key points and work with others to cut through ambiguity and bring issues to resolution. A history of working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product. You must be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a knack for solving problems creatively. The fast-paced nature of the job requires that you be able to work well under pressure. Skills: Experienced in Automotive Infotainmentdomain with exposure to embedded software development in C/C++/ Linux. Knowledge of how to use JIRA, Confluence and Logs Analysis Tools. High Level System ArchitectureKnowledge - SW Design, Sequence diagrams,APIs,HTTP errorcodes. Conversant with Linuxcommands, utilities and basicPython scripting. Position: 4 Position: Senior Golang Developer Location: Plano, TX What Youll Be Doing: Enhance existing services or create new services for back-end applications hosted in AWS Serverless and multi-tier architecture framework for application deployed on EC2 instances. Work as part of an agile scrum team to deliver business value. Participate in design sessions to understand customers' functional needs. Perform requirements analysis and estimate work effort, release analysis and deployment. Work with technical lead, solution architect, development, and DevOps team to build quick prototypes leveraging existing or new architecture. Work with other developers in the team and support teams to automate unit testing, deployment, and validation processes. Use coding standards and best practices to ensure quality. Prepare low level design documents and ensure all documentation is up to date for new product features or changes to existing product features. What You Bring: Engineering Degree, Computer Science, or other technical related field experience. 10+ years of developer experience Hands-on development experience in Golang technologies. Hands-on experience working on AWS cloud platform. Good understanding of unit testing methodologies, release planning and deployment processes. Excellent analytics and communication skills. Expertise with coding and implementing back-end resultful services in AWS cloud infrastructure, RDBMS, and No-SQL databases (i.e.: AWS, DynamoDB, MongoDB, Postgres, Elastic Cache). Experience with JFrog Xray, SonarQube, Junit or equivalent products. Experience leveraging build and deploy tools (i.e.: Github, XLR or any equivalent CI/CD tools).
