Roles & Responsibilities : Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements by conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders. Identify and prioritize business needs and objectives. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications that can be understood by developers and technical teams. System Design and Documentation: Collaborate with technical teams to design system solutions that meet business requirements. Create system design documents, including data models, process flows, and interface specifications. Ensure that the designed solutions align with industry best practices and organizational standards. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate that the system meets the defined requirements. Coordinate and execute testing activities, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing. Identify and document defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
