Proactively assess and address issues to ensure the successful delivery of projects. 5.Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints. Collaborate with finance teams to track expenses and maintain financial accountability. 6.Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed established standards. Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations to guarantee program success. 7.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams, promoting a cohesive working environment. Work closely with department heads and project managers to align program activities with organizational goals. 8.Performance Measurement: Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of programs.
