Roles and Responsibilities: Continuously monitor security alerts and events to identify potential security threats or breaches. Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure product and service quality. Responsible for personal discussion of cases as per the laid down policies & procedures and maintain strict adherence to quality. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with production and operations teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain quality documentation and standards. Train and educate team members on quality procedures and best practices. Analyse data and trends to identify opportunities for quality improvement. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization. Prepare and present quality reports. Adhere to agreed SLAs and timelines in completing the activities assigned. A skill set of underwriting, disbursements, collateral, coordination with cross function operation function Ensure proper communication to Stakeholders. Responsible for improving underwriting efficiencies while ensuring adequate risk management Detect and analyze security incidents, such as malware infections, data breaches, and unauthorized access. Develop and execute incident response plans to contain, eradicate, and recover from security incidents. Identify and assess vulnerabilities in the organization's systems and applications and coordinate patching or mitigation efforts. Use various security tools, such as SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint security solutions, to investigate and respond to incidents. Stay informed about emerging threats and vulnerabilities in the cybersecurity landscape and adapt security measures accordingly. Investigating, documenting, and reporting on any information security (InfoSec) issues as well as emerging trends. Analysis and advising or response to previously unknown hardware and software vulnerabilities. Preparing disaster recovery plans. Create and maintain detailed incident reports, including the timeline of events, impact assessment, and remediation steps taken. Work closely with other teams, including IT, network operations, and compliance, to ensure a coordinated and effective response to security incidents. Maintain documentation related to security policies, procedures, and incident response plans. Stay updated on security best practices and participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements Certifications like CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) may be beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with security technologies and tools. Good communication skills to report and collaborate on security incidents.
