| From: Amit Pundeer, Epeopletech Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi, We have an urgent opening with " IBM Sterling Specialist " and I have sent you job description, please go through it and let me know your comfort with it and also send me your updated resume ASAP Position : IBM Sterling Specialist Location : Dallas TX ( Remote ) Duration : Contract to Hire ( CTH ) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 5-8 years of experience in implementing and supporting IBM Sterling and OASIS POS solutions Strong knowledge and experience with IBM Sterling and OASIS POS software, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C++ for system customizations and integrations Understanding of retail industry processes and point of sale operations Familiarity with hardware components and peripherals used in point of sale systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction Willingness to travel to client sites as needed Preferred Qualifications: Domain knowledge of order management and store systems Experience with IBM Sterling, java, JEE, JMS, HTML/CSS, Weblogic 10, Oracle 11 in Retail software Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines Knowledge testing enhancement. Knowledge of IBM Retail Integration Framework (RIF) for system integrations Familiarity with Weblogic Application Server for deployment and management of IBM POS solutions Understanding of PCI compliance and security standards for point of sale systems Certification in IBM Sterling or other relevant retail technology certifications If you are a highly motivated individual with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional point of sale solutions, we would love to hear from you.
