10+ years preferred proficiency in Japanese language is desired.

Experience with
HRIS Success Factors or any other Employee Central system is a requirement.

Experience in global implementations, with a preference for those who have worked across different time zones, is desired.

The role involves typical Business Analyst responsibilities, including documenting requirements, creating business process flow diagrams, and similar tasks.

Effective communication and presentation skills are essential. The candidate will engage with senior leadership and participate in HR meetings, providing discussions on the documented Business Process flow diagrams.

Participation in occasional meetings is required, scheduled either at 7 AM EST or 7 PM EST, particularly during the project kickoff and implementation stages. We are seeking an individual who is adaptable and can provide support to the project with flexibility in working hours. The anticipated commitment is a standard 40-hour workweek.

Proficiency in the MS Office Suite is necessary.
