Responsibilities:

As a lead member of this Customer Experience team:

This role will support a 24x7 work environment supporting network infrastructure and software. This position requires a task oriented individual who can multitask on problems varying in complexity and difficulty.

Ability to work through pressure in high priority and complex situations and outages. Ability to run and lead priority situations and incidents with calmness and urgency and drive to resolution.

You will have the opportunity to work on a best in class network management architecture, this can include administration of an automating tasks in tools such as: ServiceNow, Splunk, SL1, among other Cisco technologies.

Have an entrepreneurial mindset to learn, create and expand new or existing ideas and tool sets. This includes reviewing existing customer stacks for errors, inefficiencies and having ideas to improve and automate them.

You enjoy diagnosing and solving problems related to the operating system, hardware, network, and related software.

Working with team in evolving application infrastructure architecture and make recommendations for improvements.
