Participates in SDLC activities, such as design sessions and prototype review meetings. Review / Approve test plans, test cases and test scripts. Holds review sessions with the team and stakeholders. Provides test effort estimates. Help team with test data, executes tests and reports on test results as per the test plans. Works with both internal and external teams to identify opportunities for improvement. Provides technical leadership, mentors other team members, and leads projects. Supervises and directs work of individuals within the team. Liaison with business users and other IT teams. Participates and makes recommendations on the direction of Performance team.
