Job Role - SAP Brim Tester (Manual testing) Job Location - Remote (Dallas, TX) Need EST and CST candidates only Duration - 6 Months+ Visa - Any Visa except H1B,CPT,OPT Mode Of Interview - Phone/Skype Note - Need LinkedIn Job Description Qualifiers: Must have ONSHORE project experience Only CST or EST time zone candidates. Good work tenure. Long-term projects. Candidates with several 1 year or less projects will be screened out. Willing to travel into Dallas, TX for one week every 2months, at times possibly once a month if requested by manager. No international travel plans within 90 days. Comfortable with multi-step interview process. Need to have all the mention project are in USA Overview: (Statement of Work Project - long term project) Type : Remote (Dallas/Ft. Worth area candidates highly preferred) Experience: Must have 7 - 10+ years of U.S.A work experience. Communication: Must have great communication skills to interact with leaders and other Southwest Airlines employees. Hours/Time Zone: Must be able to work 8am CST 5pm CST! (CST & EST candidates only) Travel : Must be able to travel 1 week to SWA Headquarters in Dallas to work onsite. This could be quarterly or monthly depending on manager. (Expenses paid by SWA/Odyssey) Upcoming travel weeks : February 19-23, June 17-21, October 7-11 Vacation : No international travel / long vacations for first 90 days. Environment: Agile/Scrum/2-week sprints; Daily Video conference meetings Interview Process: multi-step process all via Microsoft Teams video calls. Details for SAP Brim Tester (Manual testing): Project: SAP BRIM integration Team has SAP and PWC helping them integrate but need some dev capacity and testing on an existing team. Part of SWA Vacations effort - need a new way of doing revenue accounting. Partnering with SAP to use a module solution called BRIM Billing Revenue Innovation Management Using PWC as implementation partner, so Big 4 like PWC would be good. Team: SAP: 4 team members - mix of Tech lead, Developer, and two analysts. Timeline: February 1 start but preferably January so they can get started learning and contributing Required Skills: SAP Brim Tester manual Someone familiar with testing BRIM Nice to have: Some level of automation starting out with BRIM module, but may focus on manual out of the gate.
