Depending on the role of the user bulk transfers, modifications and resolution of the cases are handled. Hyphen is a third party application consisting of a series of smaller Modules including CHPM, CDS Hooks, Pharmacy Assistance, Medication AdherenceForm (MAF). In CHPM we primarily have Client, Activity and Services modules. CDS Hooks deals with Condition and Feedback Endpoint validations. Pharmacy Assisatance deals with Creating Authorization Tokens, launch UI for Statins, PA reject,OTC card, Patient History, Value of Generics, 90Days medications including editing and saving the information. The aim is to validate the expected request to response. Unified Provider Experience(UPE) uses API calls from PEGA to Mulesoft to Icertis vendor. The contracts for the organizations, inpatient outpatient and pricing configurations are managed. Schedular is a part of Member profile which will connect to MS outlook through APIs. This will assist in scheduling Zoom meeting for the selected users by checking their calenders and creating a Zoom link and sending it to their outlook emails. Paper prescriptions are scanned to retain the image electronically. The scanned image is processed through DWB (Dynamic Workload Balancing). Intercom Plus Automatic Label Printing System (ALPS) program generates a leaflet for the prescription. Most of the clients access the Cash Flow Module (CFM) via the Application Secure Gateway (ASG) and Citrix. The business area accesses the CFM using Lotus Notes. Currently, different versions of CFM are created and maintained for different clients and hence there is a need for a single unified and standardized Web-based platform.
