It provides insurance coverage on Auto, accidents, Liability, Property damage by Wind, Fire, and Earthquake etc.
AWD is an application used by the underwriters to create submissions with quotes to issue a policy to an insured. Once the quote is accepted, a policy will be created in Point-In application with all the business rules that are applied for coverages.

Project Medical Insurance Claim System (MICS)
Project : The Medical Insurance Claim System (MICS) is an application which is used by Third Party Administrator (TPA) to process Claims. At a high-level, the application allows creating different insurance products into the system, enrolling policy for members, process pre-authorization and claims for those policies. TPA receives claims and enrolment details from health insurance companies. TPA then captures these details into the MICS system. The Claim is then processed, based on the Product specification and the inherent business rules.

This application contains modules namely Product Management, Enrolment, Empanelment, Claims Processing, Pre-authorization, Customer Care, Administration and Reports. Business planned to provide reports to insurance companies, which are sent to them based on the Standard Reporting Schedule: monthly, quarterly, annually. Around 40 different report data and dashboard design representation is needed. Reports and Xcelsius dashboard are implemented in both English and Chinese languages.

2 Weeks business trip to Beijing China to intake transition on Xcelsius Dashboard design overview.
Successfully completed 40 Reports designs in both English and Chinese languages and as well as got them on time for the releases with change requests.
Experience in writing free hand SQLs to develop reports by understanding the data model joins.
