At a high-level, the application allows creating different insurance products into the system, enrolling policy for members, process pre-authorization and claims for those policies. TPA receives claims and enrolment details from health insurance companies. TPA then captures these details into the MICS system. The Claim is then processed, based on the Product specification and the inherent business rules. This application contains modules namely Product Management, Enrolment, Empanelment, Claims Processing, Pre-authorization, Customer Care, Administration and Reports. Business planned to provide reports to insurance companies, which are sent to them based on the Standard Reporting Schedule: monthly, quarterly, annually. Around 40 different report data and dashboard design representation is needed.
