The goal of the project is to automate the Accounts Payable and Accounts reconciliation modules of the Finance department for Maxeon Solar technologies. We automated the repeated tasks by using a data extraction platform which reads, extracts and displays on the .net Portal. The application consists of other features such as validation of invoices and verification by two-way/three-way matching with the Purchase order in the Oracle EBS ERP.
Responsibilities:
Conducted requirement gathering sessions and JAD sessions for detailed requirements from the business users.
Collaborated with the client internal and external stakeholders to understand the current state of finance department accounting and Accounts Payable functionality.
Reviewed the AP processes with the process owners to identify the right automation candidates.
Documented the user stories, integrations, system specifications using the Project management tool Jira.

Responsibilities:
Worked as a point of contact between the client Department of special education and CITI.
