If interested please share the resume to [email protected] Job Title: ServiceNow HAM Pro SME Visa: Green card & US Citizens Only Location: Seattle, WA (Remote is also fine) Duration: Contract Job Description: 10 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment Hands-on experience in implementing CMDB , Discovery & Service Mapping Good knowledge of Software & Hardware life cycle workflows & processes Develop ServiceNow HAM configuration, including automated asset data population, integrations with SCCM, JAMF & other asset sources, etc. Experience in configure end-to-end HAM Pro processes & activities along with hardware models and categories build, end of life, asset maintenance, reports & workspaces.
