This was a J2EE based Service Oriented Architectural framework that was the backbone for all web enabling of all B2B solutions from the Dotcom Division at Bose. It hosts the sites www.bose.com, www.bose.ca & other internal sites. These sites are based on a Proprietary architecture designed by Bose. Apart from these, other additional regional sites across the globe like New Zealand, Australia, and Mexico etc were also being supported. Support being the primary focus of this project initiative, the other notable activities under this was testing the enhancements to the sites, testing the existing issues, testing the promotions and the product launches on the Bose sites. The Bose sites for US and CA were also supported on the mobile devices.

Played the role of an Onsite Coordinator and QA Lead- working in the onshore and offshore model handling a team of 7 offshore QA resources
