Goal of the project was to design strategies to automate Internal processes related to CFO, accounting and reporting controls and processes. The Shared Services, Banking team, Customer Relations team, Forecast and Planning team had many manual repetitive process which was perused by the team to automate using Automation Anywhere.

Responsibilities:
Analyzed feasibility, ROI and complexity of the processes in Pipeline with the help of Tables for Complexity and Feasibility analysis to convey to the shareholders if the process in pipeline is automatable.
Collaborated with Business to gather requirements, and with the developers to create Design Plan.

The Functional Automation team had many Use case though out the organization which was to be analyzed and automated to reach company goal of automated manual tasks. I worked with UIPath as automation Tool in this project.
