In Audit & Assurance Products & Solutions, our mission is to provide impactful knowledge management solutions used by all Deloitte Audit Practitioners worldwide. As part of this initiative, I coordinate with global and member firm stakeholders to develop and maintain the next-generation information and knowledge management platform. My contributions directly support Audit & Assurance engagements and drive the ongoing transformation of the Global Audit & Assurance business.

Roles and responsibilities:

Manage the Team Backlog and Maintenance to ensure refinement and alignment.
Developed and implemented strategies to minimize downtime and disruptions during upgrade/patch deployments.
Conducted thorough testing and evaluation of upgrades/patches to identify potential risks and mitigate them proactively.
Maintained documentation of upgrade/patching processes and outcomes for reference and audit purposes.
Properly document Defects, LSIs, and prioritize them.
Participate in defining the Strategic Roadmap with Business stakeholders.

Provide test scenarios and collaborate with the test team to develop system integration test scripts.
Support end-users and support desk personnel on product and usage issues.
Develop training materials and conduct learning sessions.
Act as a Single Point of Contact for queries on the capability.
Stay aware of any release changes impacting the area of ownership.
