Develop a separate HCM extract for each vendor based on design document.
Develop various types of BI (Business Intelligence) Templates like eText template, XSL (XML Style Sheet) Template and RTF Templates to produce various fixed length report layouts, Excel Reports and PDF Reports.
Develop the process to schedule the interfaces based on vendor frequency specifications to move the files automatically to vendor location.
HDL (HCM Data Loader) is the format that requires creating for each data load into Oracle cloud Applications. Each HDL object has a different format, so understand the data and create the Oracle SQL Tables and PL/SQL packages, procedures and functions to create the HDL load files for each (Employee, Job, Salary and certificates) load.
Analyze each vendor s requirements, create the design document and develop the interfaces based on each vendor specifications like no of fields, employee eligibility criteria, fields and file formats, and transmission of the file to each vendor location.
Write the SQL Queries to build the complex queries to use in Fast formulas.
Develop Complex Fast Formulas to dynamically derive HCM Extract Parameters for calculating various HCM or payroll related attributes like Salary, Bonus, Incentives and Over Time Pay.
Create Custom Value Sets to overcome the limitation of custom SQL Functions in HCM Extracts and derive various Employees, Payroll attributes from the HCM Database as per the business requirements.
