This also involves interaction with various major Clients like Verizon, AT&T, Alcatel, Sprint etc .I have provided second level (GNPS) support for Genband SDM/CBM installations worldwide. GNPS work primarily involves Troubleshooting, Root cause investigations, Patching, Product testing and Realtime recovery. I have provided 24/7, Mobile support for the Genband products to resolve critical customer issues on live switches.
