Description:
Monster Technologies is working with third party clients to support their job postings and job searching as individual job boards apart from its core job portals. Inline with this, MGS - Monster Government Solutions is also part of third-party clients and Monster provides separate job boards to utilize its core business functionality as monster job boards. Ohio Government job portal is also one of them and its with complete legacy style of around decades back coding styles and layouts.
The main core aspect of the current project - Ohio Simplify Rebranding, is to restructure the entire design with effective styles and 360 responsiveness to fit most of the devices to impress, attract more no of audience as well as to give easy way to access the application flow and its functionalities for job searches, applies, resumes, profiles, schools, scholarships, and CMS content etc., with 4 domains for job seekers and to students. Most of the rebrandings are related complete domain page level, Email rebrands, CMS templates and webadmin messages as per requirement with Phase I and Phase II releases. Eventhough the timeline for this project is very short but we managed with dedicated teams to achieve the releases ontime and now this project is in live.
Responsibilities:
Mainly involved in styling the application with new sass, bootstrap CSS in a modern responsive design.

Job Posting Wizard and Business Gateway Process are the two different platforms with huge applications, services, and processes to perform the same goal of posting jobs to the hiring site. JPW is mainly using from core employer side to post the jobs online where as BGW supports to post multiple jobs like thousands in a way of batch process by using FTP process with predesigned job templates as per the process flow and all these jobs have been audited while processing to avoid duplicates, frauds, compliance etc., There are several processes to follow the queues based on the job posting channels, companies, and their licenses. JPW will be synchronized from core to cloud environment where as BGW will be from FTP to cloud environment with same kind of process flows and queues as applies. LegalWeb: The LegalWeb is the internal WW Legal Department website.
It is a web portal where all HP employees/public can access information to assist them in their legal needs.
LegalCDA: Under the HP Standards of Business Conduct and the HP Confidential Information Policy, an appropriate Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) must be executed prior to the disclosing of HP sensitive information to another party or receiving sensitive information from another party.
LegalRCRB: This application is used for defining, maintain, and revise, as needed, the definition of Regulatory Compliance to be used by the RCRB. Using this portal user can generate a RCRB request and that Request will be processed by the RCRB request life cycle.
LegalCMS: Content Management System is the tool which helps to manage the content of Legal Web Applications. It helps to manage the content of the portals like Legal Web Public, Legal Web HP, Legal Web S, Legal Web Corporate Affairs and Legal SBC Web. As per the key-in/updated content from CMS, that content is going to display from the above web portals. It facilitates all the modifications like creating/updating/deleting required master data, user s information and access levels with active/inactive modes.CMS uses LegalWeb Database to store the information related to this application content and the same Database is going to be used to fetch the content material / pages from the above web portals.

This project accomplishes the task of the file validation before uploading to the main stream. It facilitates the user to upload the file with file definition selection criteria. Once the user submitted the file, it evaluates the validation process which is already defined in the database like input file extensions, no of columns, headings, length of the columns, delimiter, nullables, data types, ranges, comparisons etc. Admin Module allows the admin users to define file validation rules and user permissions to upload specific defined files. User Module allows the users to upload the files as per their available file validation definitions. Report Module is to generate the reports based on the selection of users, file definition, date range, status. This project alerts the users on their uploaded file if found, any errors. Thus, the users will be aware on the correction part of the errors before sending to the main steam input file/database. It smoothens the financial records with millions of data by processing from excel, csv, txt input files before sending to the main steam.

Once e-ATP done then that sites test approval information available into e-BAST to continue further process of e-BAST Approval. Internal users have the right to approve the claims as per the approval limits and they can view the treatment details as well as providers claim histories to enhance the claim process in a significant and clear way which is as per the control of admin users. Providers, internal staff can list out the specified reports also. For client history and validations of medical card holder it depends on the AX400 systems data and from there onwards the entire process is a mix of AX400 and SQL Server 2008. Secured layers are always with encryption and decryption format in all the modules of the application to maintain application security. The frontend application is with N-tier Architecture and developed with LINQ, XML file entities as well as web services to call the ADO Layer as per the project specifications.

This application is a onetime solution to the end user with all-in-one online workflow generation including accounts top-ups of the registered motor insurance companies.
Members can calculate the damaged vehicle value through panels like vehicle parts panel, labor, paint, miscellaneous, uploading the damaged images from workshop to surveyor through 3 in 1 process flow architecture. Users can see the claims status and their top-up balance from the management dashboard and can generate the financial reports.

It is an e-Pharmacy project which is divided into two parts as SPPF and SPF. But both projects are different as per their business logic. SPPF deals towards enforcement where as SPF deals with Human Resources and management.
SPPF: Pharmaceutical Services Division, Ministry of Health is responsible in providing Malaysian with a safe and quality pharmaceutical, healthcare and cosmetic products. Pharmaceutical Enforcement Division is one of the departments which play roles to achieve those objectives. The development of SPPF application will be a real-time system, on-line and web-based with an architecture providing support for failover and redundancy. It also will encompass integration capabilities to other related modules and subsystems using international accepted standards.
SPF: The purpose of this application is to register, study, research and analysis activities carried out at Hospital or State level and updates the result of each analysis. This project has 26 modules which deals with Pharmacy details, employees Provident fund, quality control, Malaysian drug code, Allocation and Distribution etc.,
