Web-based & Client-server applications: Remarkable experience in testing various industry domains such as Financial, Banking, Lending (Loan IQ/Origination), Betting, Healthcare (SAP/ERP), Title Insurance, Education, Law, MS Dynamics 365/ CRM, Mortgage-backed securities, E-commerce (Digital auto remarketing) & COTS implementation, etc.
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 20 QA testers/ analysts/ engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and technical expertise to ensure high performance and professional growth. Quality Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with business objectives and product roadmap. Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on product requirements and user stories. Execute tests across different platforms and environments, including web, mobile, and desktop. Automation: Drive automation efforts by identifying opportunities for test automation, designing automated test suites, and implementing robust automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies. Continuous Integration and Delivery: Integrate automated tests into Azure CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and deployment. Monitor test results and provide feedback to developers to facilitate rapid bug fixes and iteration. Defect Management: Track and prioritize defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce future defects. Performance and Scalability Testing: Collaborate with performance engineers to design and execute performance and scalability tests, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing system performance. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and QA processes. Generate regular reports on test coverage, test execution status, and quality metrics to stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify potential risks to product quality and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging QA trends, tools, and technologies. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the QA team. Multi-tasking: Expert in completing multiple projects/ tasks successfully in noticeably short or sprint deadlines, and strong interpersonal, verbal/ written communication & presentation skills.
