Expertise in analysis of client's HR/ Payroll business needs through client working
sessions and day to day support of Workday HCM, Security, Compensation and Reporting
issues.
Worked on various enhancements related to EIB Integrations and Core Connectors
Defining outputting of report to Work let options or chart options.
Designed and built both inbound and outbound EIB integrations in various segments of
Workday system.
Expertise in workday integration tools like Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Core
Connector, Report Writer and Calculated Field, DT, PICOF.
Developed outbound integrations using EIB, Core Connectors and Studio with the help of
Web Services SOAP, WSDL, XML, and XSLT.
Worked on setting up scheduling of reports and understanding the required permissions
for report sharing.
Expertise in creating Compensation rules, Compensation components and setting up
compensation segment security features.
Compensation configuring compensation element like Allowances/Bonus/Merit Plans.
Worked with business process framework, well verged with multiple configuration options
in staffing, compensation, benefit events, time off/leave events, Talent Management
Events.
