Configured Process order types, MRP controllers, Production schedulers, Capacity Planners, Factory Calendar
Implemented customized Forecast process for Formulation Products and Samples. Using set of custom transactions, users can maintain forecast for various products at each sales area level to aggregate this for further Planning process.
Involved in roll out activities for new formulation Plant. Configuration comprising new process order types, MRP controllers, Production schedulers, Capacity planners, standard value keys
Rendered onsite support to functional issues related to PP-PI & QM Module.
Prepared functional specifications and involved in development of new reports
Configured Test Equipment Calibration process for the Instruments used in Quality departments. Involved in uploading of Maintenance Plans and Test equipments.
