Soft Skills & Business Acumen: Exposure to multiple business domains (e.g., Retail, BFSI, healthcare, telecom) is desirable. Exposure to complete SDLC. Out-of-the-box thinker and not just limited to the work done in the projects. Capable of working as an individual contributor and within a team. Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
